Hi Debbie
Your pram is a SilverCross Viceroy and was produced in 1948 to commemorate the Independence of India and the Last Viceroy of India, Earl Mountbatten leaving the country. There were two other prams produced at this time, The Duchess and the Empress, possible in recognition of the Lady Mountbatten and Queen Victoria having been the Empress of India.
If you look at the "Flower pram" which was restored by Linda in the Restoration section, you will see that it is also a Viceroy - it was named the Flower Pram because we didn't know what model it was until recently and Linda found it in a garden with flowers growing in it!!
Kind regards,
Pat.
